What you’ll need:
*6 1/2” square for background fabric( includes seam allowance)
*5” square for heart fabric
*Design transfer method. Choose one that works with your fabric colors. A blue water soluble pen, chalk pencil and template plastic are sufficient.
*Straw needles for sewing applique (and threader)
*Thread that matches the heart fabric.
*Sand Board for tracing
*Applique pins
